I knew the exact car I wanted and Joe got me in and out without trying to upsell me - even though it was just a base model. He was friendly and easy to work with even though I'm kind of jerk when it comes without trying to upsell me - even though it was just a base model. He was friendly and easy to work with even though I'm kind of jerk when it comes to buying cars. TBF, I'm comparing him to an idiot salesguy at Rivera Toyota in Mt. Kisco who tried to convince me the inventory on their website wasn't accurate (it totally is) in an effort to push a car they weren't having any luck getting off the lot. I hope it is still sitting there. More
