I was told the cost of the vehicle I purchased was one figure and then when it was time to sit with the finace manager the price of the car was $50 more. I get it, it's only 50 bucks but it was the principal. The salesman never apologized for the inaccuracy he gave me in the final figure and the finance manager was not at all caring towards the situation. My guess is, from their reactions, that this is the way they do business on the daily basis. DCH Toyota completely lacking transparency and completely unremorseful for their poor business practices. More

She is very patient and will fight for her customers. She is very honest and gets the job done! Pinkal on the other hand makes false promises. We bought a demo car and my concern was that is had some scratches and such. Pinkal told me everything would be taken care of. When we went to pick up the car some stuff was done and not everything. Daryl then old us your buying a used car technically so not everything can be done. The gob they did was a crappy one. Just just annoying when people promise you things and its not taken care of. We still got the car but there some dings that are on the care that were not taken care of. More

2018 Camry XSE V6 Purchase David was very patient and communicative during this sales process. The car was factory ordered in December, assembled on 1/26 and delivered on 2/14/1 David was very patient and communicative during this sales process. The car was factory ordered in December, assembled on 1/26 and delivered on 2/14/18. David was communicative the whole way, letting me know where the vehicle was during the allocation process. Once the vehicle arrived, Robert was able to assist with Financing through Toyota, providing a much better rate than my credit union. All of the options were selected, and all coverage options were offered and explained thoroughly. Daryl was briefed on the whole process, getting everything taken care of on the back end, and congratulating me on the purchase of the new vehicle. A painless process purchasing a vehicle, and support after as well. There appears to be a defect near my windshield (5 days into ownership), and some light body work may be required. A 5 minute visit is all it took for it to be reviewed, and awaiting a call back to schedule the repair. Great experience thus far and hope to continue doing business with this dealership and staff!
