I graduated from Miami University OH with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Finance. Mid November my father was involved in an accident and needed collision work done on his GMC Terrain. My previous dealings, I knew there was only one place in mind, Klaben. I spoke to Artie after the acci needed collision work done on his GMC Terrain. My previous dealings, I knew there was only one place in mind, Klaben. I spoke to Artie after the accident, and coordinated with Chris to drop off the vehicle. Insurance was quick to deem a total loss which was unacceptable so Artie and myself fought and finally got the insurance to approve repairs. Repair process was seamless, vehicle came out better than new! Much thanks for the entire team at Klaben Body Shop! As always, thanks to the entire organization for the continued help over the years! I would absolutely buy my next Ford from Klaben! I then worked with sales associate Tim Sterling when I came in to be shown my 2024 Ford Maverick. Tim was very helpful with answering questions I had about it and I could really tell he wanted to make sure I was taken care of even after I drove away, which was great peace of mind. Working with Marah in finance was a great experience as I signed off on the final documents. She was very honest and did not try to force me into buying anything I wasn't interested in, which I appreciated. David Klaben also came to greet me and wanted to make sure I had great experience, which was really nice! Tim, Marah, and David are all great people and fantastic at what they do. They are all very down-to-earth and kind. I drove away feeling really happy with the entire experience! More
