From our first phone call, Ken was friendly, made us laugh, but took very seriously our needs and concerns. Since our timeline was very uncertain, we were very concerned about securing a vehicle that was affordable, met out needs, and would be available!!!! Ken took all the guesswork out of everything!!! He ironed out all of the details and provided us with options which met our needs. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed into a situation we were not comfortable with. The most enjoyable part was watching him take the time to speak directly to our daughter and explain to a young college kid how to work the computer system!!!! I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler, that unfortunately had corrosion damage from the manufacturer. The Klaben team replaced all panels and hinges that were damaged and repainted the vehicle and it still looks corrosion damage from the manufacturer.
