So often dealers push what they already own, it was refreshing and appreciated that they were that concerned that I got what I really wanted. Some really good people working there. I bought an x3. Was supposed to pick it up Saturday. Was free Friday and the GM Adam agreed to get paperwork and car prepped that day. Bob the sales manager was very good. So was the finance manager. Dirk the BMW genuis is a great guy - very respectful, knowledable about his product and overall classy. Although John was off that day I could not be more pleased with his service. He's a class act. Patient. Curteous and pleasant. I give him an A+ for his attention. Oh and Carl in service is also very cusomter focused and respectful. This is appreciated. More

I did not like the dealer's process for validating my personal check. The used a third party verifier, and I had no idea who I was dealing with. I had to get on the line with the verifier and tie in my bank. I don't like giving out any data to unknown third parties. I had just written a personal check for more than $70,000 just four years ago with this dealer. It would seem that customers that the dealer knows should not be subjected to this process. More

The entire staff was courteous and did not pressure us to buy a car. We ended up buying the X1. My father is up in age and is not tech savvy. They were so patient with him while giving him the tutorial of the car. I told them that he would probably be in there a lot asking questions and they said he could come anytime that he wanted to. He can come everyday to have it washed if he likes. Jimmy was very reassuring and understood my concern for my dad. He even offered to take him for a Danish when he came back in. I could not be happier with the decision to buy a car from this dealership and highly recommend them to anyone. More
