Like family I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. I am on our 3rd and 4th car for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. I am on our 3rd and 4th car for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW is great but the minimal service it does need is handled with no hassle. I get a weekly car wash and they never make me feel awkward about getting that done. In over 3 years I have yet to find anyone that does not stop what they are doing to say hi or answer any questions for me as I wait for a wash or service. I actually enjoy going to the dealership. On our second round of cars we did not even consider another option because the dealership made our lives easier and more enjoyable. No hassle, friendly and quite frankly ... fun. I recommend everyone to BMW of Westlake More

He was transparent and courteous with us through the entire process. We purchased an X7 in its first model year. He was quick to note up front that we might be learning together on the newness of the packages available. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty when handling our questions. And, although I may have sent him an abundance of emails during our shopping experience, he responded quickly and kindly as we partnered in the purchase. I will be back in due time to work with him on another selection and I am counting down the days. You can't go wrong here. More

The service at this dealership was the best I experienced. John Caruso so was so helpful when I came in. He was attentive and helped me find exactly what I wanted. In fact even after I had agreed on a vehicle -- I called him and told him I'd like different one in another color. John worked quickly to make sure I was happy with the sale. Aside to this -- both times I came to BMW Westlake I had a toddler with me and we were there for hours. I was happy to see BMW Westlake is family friendly. Nate was also great in helping me get to know the configurations and tools available in the car. Easy to understand and was super helpful. I also stopped by after the sale because I thought I had forgotten something in the vehicle I traded in-- John was not working that day but both Bob and Dirk helped me out. Excellent service . During my most recent purchase, Jerry literally spent the entire work day with me going over purchase and lease options, test-driving cars, answering a million questions, and putting up with my 11 year old who loves cars (especially BMW's). When we made our decision on a lease late in the day, Jerry and the rest of the staff worked past closing to get my car ready to take home that night. Jerry, Mike and Dirk all stayed past close to finalize the deal and go over my new car's features. Like the cars themselves, these guys are excellent and go above and beyond to take care of you!
