Their Sales & Service have always been top notch. We appreciate that. We were asked to rate Phil Long on Customer Service, Quality of work, Friendliness and Price. Great service team I am so glad that I purchased and service my car at Phil Long! Everything about this service team is wonderful. As a single woman it is refreshing to I am so glad that I purchased and service my car at Phil Long! Everything about this service team is wonderful. As a single woman it is refreshing to be treated so well by mechanics and the service rep. They gave me a loner, kept in touch via text, fixed the problem, and made sure my vehicle was in perfect shape. They went the extra mile. Ask for Don...he is great. More

Still no car................... Kimberly Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. we Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. well they fail to mention you have to pay the diagnostic fee. (Not a small fee)And if there is nothing wrong with the car, you still have to pay that charge. I had my car looked at my another service shop before bringing it to Phil Long Service. In my honest opinion,, i know what is wrong and am just going to see if they state the same thing. Should of stayed at my trusted mechanic. However i have a warranty.. But who knows if Ford will cover it anyway as i was told. We diagnosis it, and then we see if its a covered item. Oh come on. I have the book. They also wanted an extra diagnosis fee just to look at my passenger seat sensor. (Same story.. may or may not be covered.. could be any number of things.. we will charge you a fee to look at it) Unreal.. And still i wait for a referral check for sending someone else to buy a car there. Frustrated on so many levels. More

Excellent customer service I have dealt with multiple dealerships and service advisors over the years and most were bad experiences due to lack of customer service. Both Don and I have dealt with multiple dealerships and service advisors over the years and most were bad experiences due to lack of customer service. Both Don and Tom at Phil Long were excellent to work with. Communication was great and they made sure all of the issues I was experiencing with my Raptor were addressed properly. I would definitely recommend them for any issues or service needs. More

Warranty and maintenance Was as quick as possible all problems went away. Was able to eat, drink and watch tv while waiting. Airbag recall on a Fusion Hybrid We took in our 2010 Fusion Hybrid in for the airbag recall. They said it would take over a day for our 2010 model. The nice part is they got it done i We took in our 2010 Fusion Hybrid in for the airbag recall. They said it would take over a day for our 2010 model. The nice part is they got it done in one day. That was good but when I picked up the car I found damage on the console between the front seats. There were dings and pits where there were none before. The leather seats seem to be undamaged. The man at the desk didn't tell us his name or have any business cards so I don't know who we were working with. More

New Brakes In Record Time!!! I recently had all 4 brakes on my Ford F150 truck replaced by the techs at Phil Long Ford in Denver. Not only did they provide me with a beautiful loa I recently had all 4 brakes on my Ford F150 truck replaced by the techs at Phil Long Ford in Denver. Not only did they provide me with a beautiful loaner car so I could do errands while I waited, they completed the brake job in less than 3 hours, which from my experience with dealers in the past, was excellent! Kudos to Don Heck, my Service Advisor, and the techs at Phil Long Ford. Another great job and pleasing experience! More
