I drove almost 3 hours to the dealership on a Saturday and when I arrived, the 'one on one' service was excellent as expected. After introducing myself as the arriving customer for the vehicle that I was and when I arrived, the 'one on one' service was excellent as expected. After introducing myself as the arriving customer for the vehicle that I was preapproved for, I test drove it to only find out within seconds that the front tires were out of balance and had a terrible wheel shake. I immediately turned around from my test drive and returned back to your dealership to inform Dale that there is a major problem with the balance and it needed to be done now for me to retest the vehicle. He said that he test drove it but only in the back drive area and not on the main road. He rotated the tires, balanced all of them and inspected the truck on the spot. I absolutely love the vehicle and I'm very happy overall of my experience from W&L Subaru.-----------------Thank You very much!
