Our salesman, Mark Green, convinced us to look at the preowned Lexus and others, if we were interested. We ended up buying a Lexus and are very pleased. The only challenge we would offer is to not keep customers waiting to meet with Finance but we presume it was due to reduced staffing with covid. More
