I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

Thank you to Doug, Dina, Tom, Tina and the rest of the team for recently helping me with my 2021 xc40. In addition, the team continues to help me with multiple Smythe volvos at any one time. Sales is important but the service team keeps me coming back. One of the main reasons I just purchased another xc40 over the weekend from Smythe. I brought my car to be serviced on 6/14/2024 and both Dina and Doug assisted me. Both of them were very attentive and thorough. Dina informed me of exactly what needed to be done. When the job was completed, she notified me immediately. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to wait or even make the call to find out whether or not the car was ready for pick up. Dealing with Dina was a pleasant experience. She was professional and friendly. I have dealt with Doug several times in the past, and each time it has also been a pleasure. More

Tod Colbeth was WONDERFUL . He and the Volvo staff paid special attention to specific concerns and requests...he coordinated my Lyft to and from (car was there within 2 minutes!
