Although I wasn't in a rush & was content to relax in the customer lounge, he got the job done ahead of schedule & importantly, perfectly, the first time. I'll admit, I can be a bit of a perfectionist, and Doug & his team get it, they do top tier quality work the first time at every visit. I appreciate their commitment to quality, and keeping me moving forward. Although 17 years have elapsed since our V70 rolled off the line, Doug & his team keep it running like new. I appreciate Doug's expertise, advise, and the skill of his team. More

My latest visit involved buying a certified pre-owned car, which I was originally skeptical about with the issues of buying used cars, however I felt at ease that I was able to trust that whatever issues disclosed were taken cared of before the car was sold to me due to my family's relationship with the sales & service team at Smythe. So far I haven't had issues (knock on wood) with my "new" car, so thank you again to everyone at Smythe, especially Chris who sold me my latest vehicle! More

He truly took his time even though it was past the time I had said I would arrive. This was on a Friday evening as well.
