I have over forty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. The complete level of comfort in knowing all the employees and customers very well is definitely the best part about working here. My favorite Volvo is the Cross Country Wagon. It's an AWD utility vehicle but still more like a car than a truck. It also has a good track record mechanically, performs and handles well. When I'm away from work, spending time with my family is my number one priority, especially with my two grandsons.

Bob did a great job of keeping us informed and coordinating our purchase. Bob was thorough when we ordered the car and kept us up to date on its delivery. He is a pleasure to work with. Henry Padilla has also done of terrific job on training us on how to use the car, audio system and charging system. Henry has made himself available and been very responsive to our questions since we picked the car up. Overall it has been a very positive experience. More

Kyle in sales was great when we purchased our 2 Volvos, a real professional! A few weeks ago he and Doug in service helped me with a minor issue and saved me time and an unnecessary service visit! Doug MacAdam was very attentive when I was describing the symptoms of the engine malfunction. He offered several possible areas where the coolant might be leaking and examined the photo I took and showed me symptoms of the engine malfunction. He offered several possible areas where the coolant might be leaking and examined the photo I took and showed me what parts needed to be removed to remedy the problem. Once the front of the engine had been disassembled, he examined the cam seals, timing belt. water pump and explained what needed replacement and what parts remained serviceable. I purchased this Volvo from Smythe 22 years and 90,500 miles ago. I recall Doug was my service advisor back then and he was just as interested in providing excellent service to the "old" car today as he did when my car was new. If Doug wasn't a Service Advisor, his diagnostic skills would have made a great doctor. This is the type of colleague that keeps Volvo owners returning to Smythe. More
