We just leased a 2021 Honda Odyssey from Zimmerman Honda. Luis Arengo was our salesperson and was wonderful. Luis got the Odyssey we wanted and explained all of the new features, since the one we traded wa Luis Arengo was our salesperson and was wonderful. Luis got the Odyssey we wanted and explained all of the new features, since the one we traded was a 2015. Luis went through the owners manual and then showed us the controls in the van. He made sure our phones were set up and our garage door opener was set up. We love the new Odyssey and really like the service department. We highly recommend this dealership. More

This is the second Honda Accord Hybrid we have purchased from Zimmerman (and Doug Pearsall). We discussed what we were looking for and reviewed those cars that they had in stock that met what we were lookin from Zimmerman (and Doug Pearsall). We discussed what we were looking for and reviewed those cars that they had in stock that met what we were looking for. We also considered a car that Zimmerman could have brought in from another dealer. After all the discussions, we made a decision on the specific car we were interested in. Knowing what we wanted and what we were willing to pay, Doug was able to set everything up. Though we couldn’t get Honda financing, because we didn’t purchase a 2020, Doug found us a very competitive interest rate. It took us about 15 minutes to sign the paperwork, with Jeff. After the paperwork was done, and the automobile had been prepared for delivery, Doug got in the car with us and went through all the features and functions. All of this was done in the middle of the COVID19 outbreak. We never felt uncomfortable - everyone was wearing a mask and staying socially distanced. Everyone was courteous and respectful. Couldn’t imagine how this transaction could have been better. More

Marty was very helpful. He got us all the info we needed very quickly and answered all our questions with accuracy. We love our Honda’s and Zimmermans’s had exactly what we were looking for on the used car very quickly and answered all our questions with accuracy. The sense that they portrayed about their organization from the top on down and services provided gave some real confidence not just in the sale of a vehicle but the way they do business. Made what can be a pretty intense ordeal (buying a car) a very pleasurable experience. Would recommend this outfit. Oh, and we love the vehicle....... More

Sean and his team of professionals are superb to deal with. It starts at the top with Mark Zimmerman and the culture he’s created at the dealership. They provide a level of service and respect that’s extinct in the car business, except for Zimmerman Honda. The way they go above and beyond to make the car buying experience so simple every time is amazing! Can’t recommend them highly enough. More
