Upon finding I was interested in buying, he said it was his job to find me exactly what I wanted - and he did! Even after I changed my mind and requested a different model, he was glad to accommodate my wishes - so professional and helpful - whatever I wanted was his to make happen! Jeff in finance was equally friendly and caring. There was absolutely no pressure from either Doug or Jeff to buy the vehicle or the extended warranty, They let me make the choice, so I bought both. The figures presented were thorough, and transparent - the best ever that I recall. And, when we picked up our new car, Doug took lots of time to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle - the most thorough information I have every experienced. THEY ARE GREAT! More
