I've been working with General Motors as of August of 1979. Began my Career in the Janitorial and Prep side of the business at a Buick Dealership in Barrington, Illinois. I've worked my way up through the Body Shop, Quick Lube, Technician Apprenticeship, Parts Counter, Service Writer and then into Management of the Parts & Service Departments. Enjoying much success in all aspects of Dealership life. Even selling vehicles on days we had Special Events. In retrospect I've come to love what I do and the daily interactions with our Guests. Martin Chevrolet is a Dealership that has become my most prize position. We at Martin are a family, our every thought while providing "World Class Service" for our Guests is of compassion and that of solidarity for that purpose completely satisfying our them in every area of our Dealership.

Took my suburban in for a recall issue. Had a slight crack in my dash. When I left, I had a hole in my dash. My service light for the recall was still lit. Sent an email to their service boss mr Duane Hill. Received an email saying he’d investigate. Sent 2 folowup emails to him. No response whatsoever!! This is very disappointing. My next email is to chevy! More

We have been relying on Martin Chevy for service for several years now, so when it came time to purchase a new vehicle, they were our first choice. Mike Lakhani, our salesman, was professional, courteou several years now, so when it came time to purchase a new vehicle, they were our first choice. Mike Lakhani, our salesman, was professional, courteous, and made sure we were aware of the Rewards program. James Dunn's process for completing paperwork is streamlined. In short, the experience was as stress-free and efficient as buying a new car can be. As for their service department, we will go to no other dealership. Martin's staff builds a relationship with their customers and looks after your vehicle to avoid any foreseeable issues. Thank you to the whole team. More

We came into Martin to look at Electric cars. The management and sales staff made us feel very comfortable and were very patient answering our questions. They offered to us to test drive a used The management and sales staff made us feel very comfortable and were very patient answering our questions. They offered to us to test drive a used Bolt from the showroom floor. We were impressed driving 2019 EV. When talking with our sales consultant it made sense for us to order a new 2023 with everything we wanted. We been to the dealership since for free car wash. We had access to Martin office personnel and mechanic staff who also drive EVs about charging and driving our Bolt EUV. I also met the service manager who made sure if I needed anything he and his team were there to help. So far we love our EUV and the Martin Chevrolet dealership that got us into one. Highly recommend to visit and what they can do for you. More

Service Rep, OC, is awesome. He really seems to go the extra mile with me as a customer. Work , generally, seems to be good, no one tries to upsell or recommend stuff when it isn’t needed. Dealership still needs to figure out how to wash and DRY a car after service work. Sales people are always helpful when I’m passing time during oil changes. They are happy to give some price/availability guidance for an additional vehicle purchase. Their job would probably be easier with more vehicles on the sales lot. More
