Sales dept was good Daniel M was good to work with . We did have to wait for quite a while to get to finance. You only had one Fob so when I got home I called to check if the other one was found and w We did have to wait for quite a while to get to finance. You only had one Fob so when I got home I called to check if the other one was found and waited 27 minutes on hold no one came to the phone from sales so i hung up and called back. After 5 min i was able to check on the Fob and was told i needed to come in to get the second Fob. I returned one day later wirh an appointment at 10 but was told it was for 10:30. We waited 3 plus hours for the FOB. I am a bit disapointed that the car we purchased did not have all the required keys / Fob prior to the sale of the car. So we spent a total of 6 plus hours in two days at your facility. More

Extremely deceptive. We had an offer in hand from Morgan Buys cars and the manager here had no clue who Morgan buys cars was?!? We pointed out the signs all over the deal We had an offer in hand from Morgan Buys cars and the manager here had no clue who Morgan buys cars was?!? We pointed out the signs all over the dealership as well as their shirts. The manager and sales person gave us an offer half of what Morgan offered. They said unless we wanted to trade in our truck. Which is why we were there. When we told the manager the car we were interested in all of a sudden the trade offer dropped AGAIN!!! Then the car we wanted to see was all of a sudden it was in the shop being worked on?!? Interesting how the manager knew the exact dollar amount of 3k yet had zero clue what was being done on the car we were interested in purchasing. And now the purchase difference doubled. Not sure what kind of retail math is being done at Kia of port Charlotte however BUYER BEWARE. There is not one honest person working there. They are extremely unprofessional and want to boast about selling 600 cars a month yet I saw nobody in there buying anything!!! DECEPTIVE !!!! ZERO INTEGRITY!!!! More
