Customer service is not their priority. Nobody there cares about customer service. I received a call to inform me that my car was ready for pick up. When I got there I inform one of the rep Nobody there cares about customer service. I received a call to inform me that my car was ready for pick up. When I got there I inform one of the rep (Qerim Racaj) that I was there to pick up my car. He point me to go see the person who checked me in. I waited for over 15 min. while that team member chit-chat with his coworker (Dwayne Reyes), laughing and joking with each other (I was standing one desk over from them). I wasn't the only customer standing there waiting for help. I took their business cards because I wanted to call and speak with the Service Manager to file my complaint on poor customer service. When I got home, I looked at their cards and they both were "Assistant Service Manager." What a horrible representation for Maita Toyota. I called Maita Toyota and asked to speak with Norbert Santos, the "Service Drive Manager." Of course he was busy so I was told to leave a message and he will return my call. I left my name and phone number. This is day 3 and no return call. Worst customer service ever. Never going back there for servicing of my car. More

Overall OK experience. I’m a bit upset that I was charge for a valuation on a seatbelt that has been broken since I bought the car from your dealership but the tax checked the wrong one. They have repeatedly sent my car home without finding the issue only for me to have to bring it back. Over $10,000 in "fixes" only for the issue to continue, and I am given attitude to the point I have cried issue only for me to have to bring it back. Over $10,000 in "fixes" only for the issue to continue, and I am given attitude to the point I have cried from frustration of not being heard. I am a single mom of 2 little kids, so gouging me for every dime I can spare is absolutely awful! Q gave me an attitude when I tried to explain my frustration. Junko swore up and down that paying for a Toyota brand battery would stop my car from dying even though the battery I had was 6 months old. Needless to say, my car still dies. Another time, I brought it in to figure out a grinding noise, and they said it was because I was missing weather stripping to my trunk. After demanding they relook, they discovered I needed new rotors. Another time, my car made an explosion noise that rocked the whole car. I brought it back in, and they said again it was because I was missing weather stripping when I knew that couldn't have possibly been the cause of the explosion noises and the whole car shaking. So defeated, I paid almost $700 for new weather stripping. Now, my car is making a loud squealing noise to the point I had to cancel a business trip. I took it in, and they want me to fix an air compressor when the sound and symptoms are more like a serpentine belt. Its frustrating to keep bringing my car there because they have all the history, but to spend as much as we do and have them treat us so awful is horrendous. They just want money and don't care about customer's. My family and I have gone here since they opened, but now we are going to be going to Elk Grove Toyota. More
