I have been a customer since 2018 and have never been disappointed with your service or your staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Whenever something needs to be discussed it's handled one on one which I truly appreciate. On Friday, with the sudden appearance of a check engine light (at 2:45 pm) I was able to call, speak with Edison and receive expert guidance on how best to proceed. As soon as I checked in with him, he took my keys so that the problem could be diagnosed. With concerns of being without my car for an extended period of time and no access to alternate transportation, I was relieved and grateful to drive my car home later that afternoon thanks to the caring and expertise of your service team. My experiences with you has always been positive and though I've worked often with Edison, who is knowledgeable and comforting, every team member has been exceptional. Even Angie was delightful to chat with during my wait on Friday in spite of being exceptionally busy! I intend to purchase my next Trax from you in 2025! Thank you all so much! More
