"My midlife crisis fix"

I have been searching for my next vehicle for over a month and all other dealers I visited and reviewed on the internet were all too expensive and not offering enough for the money. Everyone was pushing me to make a quick decision without thinking about my needs, so then I came across Hartford Toyota and I liked the selection that Dakota Pare was offering me and she stayed in contact without being a nuisance. I visited the dealership on Monday after work and was greeted by Dakota and she directed me to the truck specialist Dave Goduti and he answered all my questions and by the time I was leaving, I was already putting a deposit on the truck that I was looking for that just happened to still be on their lot. Dave also gave me a good trade in value which helped to reduce my monthly lease payment. It is now Thursday evening and I brought my family with me to pickup the truck.
Dave introduced me to Eduardo Calderon who finished the transaction and we were out of the office within 10 minutes. My wife liked the computer screen as a desk top which seemed to speed up the process. We were very satisfied with the clean, friendly atmosphere and will definitely refer our friends to this dealership

My son had spoken with a Robert and made an appointment for 10am with him, but he was working and requested that I go in and see what is available.
I met this young sales rep as I walked in and he was very happy to attend to me. He did not try to sell anything to me. He just wanted to know what we were looking for and he worked with me to get it. Denis was relaxed and answered all my questions sincerely. There was no feeling of being pressured to buy anything.

Salesman TK did a great job finding my new car for me, keeping me informed about delivery time and taking the time to go over the new truck with me. This dealership beat three others in price and trade-in value, so much so that I didn't mind traveling the 70 miles to make the deal.

"Exceptional Customer Service"
We had a specific car in mind when we walked into the dealership. Being that it was a specific hybrid we were interested in, the Manager reassigned a salesman to us who was very familiar with the car. He didn’t want just anyone explaining it and instead asked if we could wait a few minutes while he freed up Dave Goduti to assist us. Dave was extremely knowledgeable on all of the features of the Prius Prime. He spent much time discussing the features while we were in the car prior to the test drive. When we went for the test drive, he continued to explain while we were on the road. While we could not make our decision that day, the price we discussed was honored when we called a few days later. When we went in to finalize the deal, Dave sat with us reviewing the features once again. When we moved to the paperwork, Eduardo seamlessly handled all of it moving us through it skillfully. Dave also assisted us with the paperwork for the state rebate. These gentlemen worked together like a well-oiled machine. We appreciate their professional customer service.

Thank you very much to everyone at the Hartford Toyota Superstore! We were on a very limited time schedule and also didn't have flexible schedules on our end but Hartford Toyota Superstore had the vehicle ready on time without even a reminder from us. They really heard us the first time when we spoke and went with it. Even when I said I could only pick up the vehicle during one of their busiest days of the year, they made it work and we never felt crowded or rushed. Great sales staff, very friendly; especially with our kids! We really appreciate it and thanks again.
I had contacted Rich McAllister Jr about jumping into a new lease. He got me in right away with Gaetano Pagliano who was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions and made sure everything was all good. "New Rav4 Hybrid"
This was the 4th dealership I had went to. I had bad experiences at the other 3 and put in an internet request here to try again. Natalie put me in touch with Mike who was able to ease my concerns answer some questions and give me a good price estimate over the phone. The price given was several hundred better then any other dealership had given me right off the bat. I'm talking several hundred less then any other dealers price after "negotiation". One of the other sales people at another dealership even suggested the price Hartford gave me was so low they were probably selling me a demo car. Nope, I checked and asked at the dealership, it was not a demo and everything was still packaged up. When I got to the dealership I was handed off to Dave, who was easy-going and not pushy. He still explained some things about the car that some of the other guys hadn't and seemed to know more about how the car actually worked then the other salesmen too. Process to get the deal written up and then pickup the car and sign all the paperwork went smoothly and quick. They showed me everything on the car and made sure I really knew how everything worked and was set up before I left. The experience here was excellent and much better then anywhere else I had been.
