We brought our Pacifica for the typical oil change and we gained a problem. Check engine light went on, low oil and do on. Thankfully Bob Kennedy took excellent care of us and got our vehicle back to normal gained a problem. Check engine light went on, low oil and do on. Leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee but somehow they activated my services in someone else’s name then tried to convince me that I was in the wrong. Finally they “agreed” to reimburse me $150 but never activated my services in someone else’s name then tried to convince me that I was in the wrong. Finally they “agreed” to reimburse me $150 but never sends the check. Eddie lies and is as unprofessional as they come. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicles elsewhere Update:: I spoke with Sal I believe who is also a manager at Bayside and he resolved my issue promptly. I received my check last night not for $150 but the entire $260 that I was owed for my Uconnect Service. I am not deleting this review for future shoppers to be aware of what they may encounter while dealing with Ozzy or Eddie. I honestly never had a bad experience at this dealership until my interaction with them (this is my 2nd Purchase). I’m happy that there was someone that was able to resolve my issue without drama. More
