Leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee but somehow they activated my services in someone else’s name then tried to convince me that I was in the wrong. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicles elsewhere Update:: I spoke with Sal I believe who is also a manager at Bayside and he resolved my issue promptly. I received my check last night not for $150 but the entire $260 that I was owed for my Uconnect Service. I am not deleting this review for future shoppers to be aware of what they may encounter while dealing with Ozzy or Eddie. I honestly never had a bad experience at this dealership until my interaction with them (this is my 2nd Purchase). I’m happy that there was someone that was able to resolve my issue without drama. More
