Larry Patterson is the “hot dignity dog” of your service dept. Dead on diagnosing my cars problem. Had brought my car in at least 5-6 times before he overheard me complaining about the repeated misdiagnosis dept. Dead on diagnosing my cars problem. Had brought my car in at least 5-6 times before he overheard me complaining about the repeated misdiagnosis and came over w/the suggestion that “BINGO” fixed the darn problem. I’m so grateful he was in ear shot of me that 6th time. I’ve been rolling trouble free ever since then. So grateful, so very, very grateful. Nothing but love and true admiration for Mr. Patterson.
