I had an outstanding experience with Toyota of Lancaster, and specifically with Elsie Lopez. Elsie was recommended to me after my Sienna suffered an untimely oil leak. She was both welcoming and knowledgeabl and specifically with Elsie Lopez. Elsie was recommended to me after my Sienna suffered an untimely oil leak. She was both welcoming and knowledgeable, and quickly helped me determine what vehicles would be suitable replacements (for my family of six). She did not apply any pressure, nor did she try to use any sort of sales tactics when I told her I wanted to think things over for a day or two. Additionally, "Fin" Finley was fantastic to work with. He's a no-nonsense guy who's very personable, and he was patient enough to entertain some non-car talk before we finalized the deal. Elsie and Fin had already made the sale long before I signed anything; it was just a matter of figuring out the details. Elsie and Fin also took the time the following day to help me move everything over from my (broken) Sienna -- Fin even helped me carry a Thule cargo box to the new car (a Highlander). I'd also like to thank Nancy and Melissa in the service department -- both were very sweet. Ian in finance deserves mention as well; he helped quickly conclude a long day. Overall, Toyota of Lancaster is characterized by warmness and competence. I sincerely appreciate both, and if I was going to be in the area for longer, I'm sure I'd be returning in the future. More
