Johnathan was nothing short of amazing. After my recent total loss. I was extremely overwhelmed with my entire situation. I felt rushed my insurance company to make a purchase. I was in LOVE with my car and DID NOT WANT TO BUY ANOTHER CAR, BUT JOHNATHAN CHANGED EVERYTHING FOR ME! we landed on a Honda CR-V touring! He took his time and was very patient with me. Johnathan showed me all the features of the CRV and set all my personal settings to make mw feel like I never loss my car! I am truly grateful and impressed with all his help. Thank you Johnathan. I came to Shottenkirk Honda Cartersville to “look” for a CRV. Planning to come back in a week or two. Well, I got “Cook”ed!! 😁 The exact color and trim I wanted was on your lot! Cook was awesome! He explained everything, synced my phone to the car, showed me how to work the “screen”! And kept trying to feed us while we were waiting during the sale process.
