I called and in I had my first interaction with The BMW Store and I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle. The salesmen Paul Kolleck was amazing. I called and informed him of the specific vehicle I was interested in and what time I’d be arriving at the dealership. When I arrived the vehicle was ready for a test drive. He took his time explaining the features. He asked what were my thoughts and where I was in the process. I didn’t feel any pressure and he didn’t put on the ole heavy sales pitch, but he was available to answer any questions I had. A couple days later and I’m the owner of a new X6. Paul provided a very pleasant buying experience. I can’t leave out Susan Ward, BMW Genius, who really is a genius!! She thoroughly explained all the bells and whistles, making sure I was able to operate the basics and much more before rolling off the lot.
