When we worked the deal there were no surprises and no pressure with gimmick add on’s like other manufacturers. Our trade in value was very fair. We special ordered our vehicle which took less than 30 days to receive. On the day of delivery our BMW was inside the show room waiting and Susan took her time setting up the car for the technical features. She was great at demonstrating the features of our new BMW. Eric in finance had all our paperwork ready by the time we finished the demonstration. Again no surprises and no pressure during signing. The deal we agreed on was exactly what was presented.
