If the worst happens, I was offered Gap as well unlike my last purchase. They worked very hard with capital one, handling set backs and readjustments with professionalism. I fully believe they accommodated me to the absolute best of their abilities to fix my situation, truly making peanuts on such effort compared to other traditional car buyers. Errol took fantastic care of me on the Rental side. I have had 4 cars with him and not a single one or experience wasn't smooth as silk. Man is efficient and good at what he does. Lastly, William is professional, intelligent, and has excellent customer service that makes you feel like you're truly talking with another human being trying to help you with what he happens to specialize in as opposed to just hanging you a invoice and talking you into spending more than necessary. I have been in trying to fix my brakes 6 times now and this is the first appointment that my brakes were actually worked on. Otherwise they said they couldn’t find the problem. Ethan, service advisors, and Handy were outstanding in handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit handling a repair with my extended warranty policy. The extended warranty company was only going to pay for half the repair on the air condition unit in my truck. But they fought and got it repaired resolving a major financial situation for me. They provided a rental car for 7 days while the repair could be made! I was having a brake job done, along with an oil change and tire rotation as well. This team went beyond what was necessary for me the customer! I have always had great service from before but this time they helped a 71 year old customer with true professionalism and integrity of a their product and customer service! Thank you all very much!
