Had an Audi Q7 that was seven years old with 700000 miles. Had it serviced exclusively at Audi Silver Spring. July 2021, I was driving to upstate new york when car died on the side of the road. Had miles. Had it serviced exclusively at Audi Silver Spring. July 2021, I was driving to upstate new york when car died on the side of the road. Had to tow it to Audi in Albany. I was then told that the engine had overheated (no light came on), and that the engine was severely damaged with multiple holes in the engine and I needed a completely new engine that would cost over 25K. Called Audi Silver Spring and dealt with Dimitra Anastasopoulous and Evan Singham. I had dealt with them multiple times over the prior seven years. They were helpful when they were getting paid for the servicing over the prior seven years but then completely unhelpful when car broke down. They told me initially it was not their problem and that I had to deal with Audi in Albany. Overall, they were very unhelpful. Did not facilitate at all discussions with Audi head office as to why this should have happened. They acknowledged that this should not have happened and said it was off warranty and that there was little they could do. Only person in all of Audi that was helpful was general manager at Albany Audi Rick Waldring. He tried to help us negotiate and at least expressed empathy and acknowledged that this should not have happened. Bottom line of how this "defective car" was handled was that Audi told me that I could pay 25000 for new engine or they would pay us about 2000 to scrap the parts even though they acknowledged that this should never have happened with the limited mileage I had and the fact that I had religiously serviced the car at Audi SIlver Spring. I ended up scrapping the car. I will never buy an Audi again. More

I recently had my Audi S4 in for its routine annual oil service. Dimitra was very helpful in accommodating our schedule and did an excellent job working with the technicians handling our car with the utmos service. During this service, the technician (Bernac Manalo) noticed a defect in one of my front tires. It was bad enough that it may very well have caused a blowout and accident had it not been addressed! It was hard to see casually as it was very close to the inside of the rim. I agreed to Bernac’s and Dimitra’s recommendation (which I trust without question), and replaced all 4 tires (best for a 4-wheel drive car). Dimitra was able to source replacement tires that we agreed would work best on an S4 in one day and was able to get the car completed by the next day. Dimitra is a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, always friendly and personable and I trust her advice and recommendation, that years of experience has proved spot on every time. Dimitra and techs like Bernac are the reason that I have always brought my cars to Audi of Silver Spring for service. They are THE BEST! Also I would also like to mention that Brittany Flick was a big help during my last service visit. While I expected to wait for my car (since it was a routine oil service), I had not planned on leaving it there overnight for the replacement tires. Therefore, a loaner was not readily available to get me home. Nevertheless, Brittany was able to work out an arrangement to get me home which was a huge help. It’s because of people like Dimitra, Brittany and Bernac that make Audi of Silver Spring our Go-To Audi dealership for service and sales! More

Atanas sold me my first car (I'm not a teenager, just never needed a car for most of my adult life) and it was a wonderful experience. One day, I was in for servicing and fretting over the issues my used car had and he suggested purchasing a new vehicle when I was ready. Fast forward three years and Audi came out with a completely revamped S3, so I asked him to place an order for one. Eight months later, the vehicle arrived and Atanas wasted no time in getting the vehicle and the admin stuff ready. The whole staff at the dealership was awesome and made sure everything with the trade-in and financing went smoothly. I was in and out in about two hours! I'm someone who highly values customer service quality, so as long as I stay with Audi, I'll be maintaining a relationship with Atanas and Audi Silver Spring. More

Took my Audi in for service. The service technician unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptl unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptly said yeah, I know how to take care that. Then you see the video/dashcam shake because "B" has unplugged my car's dashcam power supply. They never plugged back in my dashcam's power supply. Not cool and not professional. I don't know why you have something to hide or what. They have never done that before. Dimitra usually handles my service, but she was out that day. More

Evan (Service Manager), Dimitra (Service Advisor) and Ricardo (Technician) are simply fantastic. I had recently purchased an Audi Q7 and brought the car in immediately for service. Evan greeted and congratulated me on the new purchase followed by Dimitra who sat down with me and explained next steps in complete detail. I received a very thorough review from Ricardo who stepped me through all his findings. We went through the action plan in detail where recommendations were brought forth and everything was competed in a timely fashion. There are no gimmicks here where "you need this and that fixed immediately!". The staff was upfront about what needed to be done and what to keep an eye on. This is what makes Audi Silver Spring the de-facto service center for all your Audi service needs. Here, you get an up front assessment and you're treated like person and not a bank account. The Mile One circle of dealerships there in Silver Spring are the gold standard when it comes to service. It doesn't matter where you bought your car from, there's only one place to get your cars serviced. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Audi Silver Spring is the gold standard in which every dealership should strive for. Period. More

Love love love my Audi dealership! The folks at the service department are professional, transparent, and passionate about customer service.
