We got a price over the phone, made a deposit, drove there the next day, and drove back home within 4 hours start to finish, including the test drive. Kimberly provided excellent answers for all our questions and concerns. Would recommend anyone interested in a Subaru to contact Kimberly. The only negative was with the session with the finance manager. The extended warranty pitch was very aggressive. Didn't like the idea of having to decide on taking the Subaru of Jacksonville extended warranty at on that moment or the price would increase exponentially (after several hours and getting tired and anxious to leave). Would have liked to have a chance to study options and details without being pressured with the pitch of replacing electronic parts could cost $8,000 and if you don't sign now it will cost you a lot more to purchase later. Was tired after being at the dealer for 3 or 4 hours and took the extended warranty, but this left me with a bad feeling about this dealership. More
