Even with all the construction going on they were able to get me in quickly with my appointment. Fast service, thirty minutes or less for an oil change. Since moving here I have always had my Honda serviced get me in quickly with my appointment. Fast service, thirty minutes or less for an oil change. I'm not very impressed with the way your service department handled some problems I had I reported the problem before it was out of warranty to my service Advisor he told me it would not be a probl department handled some problems I had I reported the problem before it was out of warranty to my service Advisor he told me it would not be a problem getting that fixed The next time I was in he told me he could not fix it because it was out of warranty by 20 days It would be nice to see some follow through from your service advisor He informed me he would call Honda and get it worked out one way or the other three months later I haven't heard a word More

Came in for free service they took care of what they could but they don’t wash vehicles anymore so they give you voucher for different car wash place which is cool but I also asked them not to rotate my could but they don’t wash vehicles anymore so they give you voucher for different car wash place which is cool but I also asked them not to rotate my tires or anything as they were brand new and they still did it and removed my sticker from the inside window so now I don’t have the reminder there anymore not a huge deal but they didn’t listen to me More
