I brought my truck in for one issue, but now I have a completely different problem. I don’t know what’s going on in your paint shop, but this is unacceptable. There is overspray all over my truck. There’s no reason my entire vehicle should have paint overspray on it. It looks like the truck wasn’t properly covered or protected while it was in the paint booth. This is now another issue that needs to be addressed. I reached out on Friday and still haven’t received a response. I need to speak with a manager as soon as possible to get this resolved. I had an amazing experience at Vera Cadillac. I arrived at 8:30 pm and wasn’t rushed out or cut short.
