Been in the Automotive business since February 2004, that was 6 months after I moved to Chicago from Guatemala. Started as a service porter, after 8 years in the service and parts department decided to move and start selling. Been at Marino CJD since January 2016, I'm a neighbor to the area. Proud parent to 2 boys (11 years and 2 years old), happily married for over 5 years. Avid runner and cyclist. Soccer is my favorite sport to watch and play HALA MADRID!!!!

Aside from having to go back twice, salesman (carlos) and sales manager (bald guy) were great to work with. Car (used) had issue with backup camera, Service department (guy with finger tattoo who rides motor sales manager (bald guy) were great to work with. Car (used) had issue with backup camera, Service department (guy with finger tattoo who rides motorcycle) took care of the warranty claim the next afternoon and made it a very pleasant experience. A porter (bigger, Hispanic guy) went out of his way to help me get something out of my trade in. Overall, great experience - seemed like the team I worked with actually cared. Would return, and would refer people to the dealership. JZ More

This was my first PLEASANT car buying experience. Sitting down with Kenny was like sitting down with a friend. He was not the typical annoying/arrogant car salesman. One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a vehicle. I purchase a car every two years and have dealt with a lot of them. Jc was great from start to finish. My wife and I were in and out. My 1st time leasing a Jeep after many years of leasing Honda/Acuras. I have to say my experience at Marino was great!!! Car shopping is usually something I dread doing.
