I got to appt and no one was available to check me in and I had to wait several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When I picked up my car once again no one was available and had to wait a while to get I had to wait several minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Gavin Fano, the service writer was very helpful and explained the repairs and was constantly keeping me updated. He quickly found me a rental car and I was in it within 20 minutes of dropping my vehicl explained the repairs and was constantly keeping me updated. Although they had to take apart the dashboard and headliner to replace the radio parts, the vehicle was returned in excellent condition.
