Everyone was very nice before the sale. George and I spoke about the warranty on my Jeep and said it would be covered for the 3 year or 36000 miles. After the fact I found out that it was George and I spoke about the warranty on my Jeep and said it would be covered for the 3 year or 36000 miles. After the fact I found out that it was not covered as it was purchased initially in Canada. I believe this is a scam and they should have been up front with me at the time of the sale. I brought this to George's attention and he said he could not do anything because they are a Ford dealership. More

Tenvoorde sold me a vehicle that broke down a week later. After talking to their service department I was told the part that broke was "luck of the draw" when it comes to passing inspection. While mechanics I spoke with outside the dealership said the opposite. I also heard from someone who used to work in their service department who confirmed that the tenvoorde service department does not do their jobs fully and definitely puts vehicles on the lot to sell that definitely should not be there. I didn't have my vehicle for 40 days after only having it for a week. I'm no longer comfortable driving it as I'm worried something else might break at any moment. More

The personnel at the dealership was very friendly, willing to help you as long as you were there. But if you have problems, some of the personnel will avoid you. Some personnel wont keep you informed willing to help you as long as you were there. But if you have problems, some of the personnel will avoid you. Some personnel wont keep you informed on what is going on and others will overstep. And as for Mattie she is a shining star. Mattie will go above and beyond to help any and every customer. More
