I had a Santa Fe for 18 yrs, bought at this location and always received excellent service. On May 7th I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Stark LT; after been in your location from 3pm to almost 8 pm I left with always received excellent service. On May 7th I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Stark LT; after been in your location from 3pm to almost 8 pm I left with a dirty car. Your sales staff told me ,after I point out the car was dirty, in your dealership you do not detail/clean old cars as you do new cars. After I really showed them how disappointed I was with the service; they asked me to bring the car back and it will be clean. I took the car back and showed them a rusty area behind the driver area. I was so upset with all that happened on May 7th, that I didn’t notice that before. That was fixed after Jose from the Finane area told the Sales person Mr. Giovannie Sanchez, something should be done to fix it. I could not believe in your dealership a car wii be sold in that condition. To my surprise and dissatisfaction the car was never cleaned. I have never had such a bad experience investing thousands of dollars. My impression on your sales staff, and service staff, specially on Mr Sanchez is that he is not concern about a happy, satisfied customer. When a person buy a car from a dealer, it doesn’t matter if it is a new car or a used car. The customer should be treated the same way. People that I have shared my experience with, had suggested for me to report your dealership to the BBA. More
