It was a Great and easy Experience buying a car at Golf Mill Ford. Isaac my salesman was knowledgeable and help me through the process. The Sales mgr Damian also went above and beyond to help me. We purchased a used car and a Ford extended warranty for my daughters car 8 months ago. She is now having engine trouble. They are expecting me to authorize a special diagnosis process that will cost betwee my daughters car 8 months ago. She is now having engine trouble. They are expecting me to authorize a special diagnosis process that will cost between $300-$1500, they can't tell me how much it will be- and IF the problem they find is a covered problem they will reimburse the diagnostic cost, if not, its my responsibility. I called the dealer and talked to the servicemanager, then asked for his manager. Never got a call back. So my daughter has no car to drive and I'm stuck making an impossible decision. They do NOT stand behind their products and the car should not be having engine trouble so soon and not be covered. EXTREMELY disappointed. More
