We have used Toyota of Lancaster in the past but stopped using them because we noticed our undercarriage cover was busted after we picked it up after service. We ended up going back for tires and when we go using them because we noticed our undercarriage cover was busted after we picked it up after service. We ended up going back for tires and when we got it back one of the hubcaps was not affixed properly . This last time we took it in, they informed us at the end of the day when everyone was gone that our brakes had less than 1 mm life left and it’s dangerous to drive. They also said they found a nail in the passenger seat tire and didn’t bother replacing it even with our warranty that they definitely knew about. Horrible service. Horrible. More

They took my nissan armada in for wheel alignment even it's not toyota and precisely completed the job even with no appointment at all.
