This was the worst exoerience ever! The people are beyond rude. We were sent a quote for $139.47 for the oil change and the air filters. Then they sent us a message that we needed bo The people are beyond rude. We were sent a quote for $139.47 for the oil change and the air filters. Then they sent us a message that we needed both air filters, tire rotation, and tire balance and it was going to cost over $300 for everything. So we said to just do the oil change and they charged us $169.59 for just an oil change and to inspect the car which was purchased at this Toyota dealership and is completely under warranty. Please go anywhere but this dealership. Oh! And the estimate was for 45 mins and it took over 3 hrs. Never again! More

I paid over 2,300 dollars and they did not complete everything I paid for. They did not do the balance of the tires and also the alignment (I believe). Not sure what else they did not do.
