Recently leased a Lexus here and had a great experience thanks to Kelia, my sales advisor. She is so great and pleasant to work with. She exudes the best energy which made this process very exciting. Gus and Roman were also very helpful throughout this process. I felt taken care of with the whole team. My experience at Lexus North Miami was stellar. Usually going to car dealerships can be really stressful because most sales reps lack honesty but at Lexus North Miami this was not the case. Jose and Luis were honest and transparent when getting a deal done on my new GX 550 and helped me secure a great deal. Ramon in finance was very professional, organized and efficient while securing the deal for my monthly payments. This dealership is managed extremely well which is a compliment to upper management. Gus Called to offer help after buying my new car. Gus sounded concerned at first, made promises and never called back, no follow up just like the sales person Jade who lied to me on multiple occasion Gus sounded concerned at first, made promises and never called back, no follow up just like the sales person Jade who lied to me on multiple occasions after delivering my new car. She left me on my own from day one to deal with a technical issue that took 3 weeks to resolve spending 8 hours on the phone to have resolved. Lexus of north Miami is the worst Lexus purchase out of the 4 Lexus I’ve bought. I’ll never go back there, not even for service. More
