Hi, my name is Hannah. I have been with Maple Hill since 2019 as the Volkswagen service advisor. I have been in the automotive industry since 2012. I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. They took time to change the oil when that wasn't part of the scheduled service and took a look right away when I had a check engine light on. Overall my experience was good, Hannah and her manager were helpful and kind. But when receiving my car (after waiting over a month to get back) the gas was on E and there was some oil or something inside were helpful and kind. But when receiving my car (after waiting over a month to get back) the gas was on E and there was some oil or something inside next to my seatbelt which I would think would be taken care of after spending thousands on repairs. So that was a little disappointing. More

I had a very experience getting my car serviced. It seems like something is always needing replacement when I visit, though I suspect that's partly because my VW is getting older. Still, I appreciate that the service department never tries to hard sell anything, and often let's me know what repairs aren't critical. That helps save a little more, which is really cool. More
