I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. I have received and maintained a master service consultant certificate for the last three years with Volkswagen. I came in the service department and realized my appointment was the day before. They were short on service techs that day but they never said a thing and took care of my car.
