Hi, my name is Hannah. I have been with Maple Hill since 2019 as the Volkswagen service advisor. I have been in the automotive industry since 2012. I fell in love with helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles and what they need to do to fix them. I have received and maintained a master service consultant certificate for the last three years with Volkswagen. Like what others have said, Maple Hill is friendly and attentive. They have an excellent waiting room area and if you need to get work done you can. The complimentary snacks and coffee help also! Very friendly and informative. I am so happy the service dept. Was able to fix my issue with my 2016 beetle! She runs so smooth and flowing now.
