After being turned down for a recall that wasn't scheduled at another dealership, I called and Heather asked how she could help. She asked about what recall said no parts required come in. When I re scheduled at another dealership, I called and Heather asked how she could help. She asked about what recall said no parts required come in. When I registered with her, she welcomed me on my first visit showed me the waiting room, helped with me understand the coffee machine and showed me the restroom location. I appreciated the car wash, speedy service and the thank you for visiting Lou Sobh Honda More

Overall has been good but this time they told me I needed rear brakes and that would fix the problem. It did not. Then they said for another $1500 we can really fix it. I declined the additional service and rear brakes and that would fix the problem. It did not. Then they said for another $1500 we can really fix it. Lou Sobh Honda has an exceptional team. Ted was so amazing in helping us find the perfect CRV for us. He didn't rush or push us to make a decision. He truly listened. I would recommend Ted was so amazing in helping us find the perfect CRV for us. He didn't rush or push us to make a decision. He truly listened. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda!! James also did a great job. He helped us pick out the best financing and extended warranty. However, there was one exception to our experience. That was Jim. I'm not sure what his position is with the dealership, but I think he needs to work on his people skills. I felt like he was talking down to us and maybe even thought we were ignorant. I'll just say a contract is not a contract until it's signed. Although the service department was not directly involved in our purchase, I'd like to say that Heather is top notch!! More

When we took our 2009 Pilot in to address a loud squeaking noise we were told it was a timing belt tensioner making the noise. We moved forward with fixing that with a new timing belt and associate squeaking noise we were told it was a timing belt tensioner making the noise. We moved forward with fixing that with a new timing belt and associated parts for $2094. After that work was completed, Lou Sobh came back and said the problem is actually that the cams were worn out and was the real problem making the noise. We were quoted an additional $5994 to correct that problem. So, after we already paid $2k to fix what we were told was the problem we get a response saying that wasn't the real problem and to fix it now will cost more than the car is actually worth. BTW - We paid out $2148 in May to have a full service on the vehicle and repair the AC. The knocking noise was present at that time but was never diagnosed. If Lou Sobh had properly diagnosed this problem we would not have moved forward with the timing belt change as the fix is greater than the car is worth. Heather did a good job communicating with us but we feel like this mis diagnosis cost us an additional $2000 that we would have used to put towards buying a new car. I'm seriously disappointed in how this was handled and will be buying a car elsewhere at this point. More
