Lou Sobh is not convenient to where I live. ....it does not matter. The level of service I receive from the incredible service department is well worth the extra miles and time. Heather Cullen o ....it does not matter. The level of service I receive from the incredible service department is well worth the extra miles and time. Heather Cullen offers nothing but exceptional service. Communication is top notch, transparency, and I get a level of trust that I have never achieved with any other dealership. I usually have to get a loaner car, and there are never any issues with this. Murtha always has all the bases covered and getting my loaner is usually as simple as getting the keys-turning in the keys. I will probably be buying a new car in the next 12 months, and Lou Sobh has convinced me to stay with HONDA. OUTSTANDING JOB! More

Heather and the service department were outstanding. As soon as I pulled into the service area Heather met me and turned my paperwork over to a technician to have my running boards installed on my 2025 As soon as I pulled into the service area Heather met me and turned my paperwork over to a technician to have my running boards installed on my 2025 Ridgeline. Heather came and got me when the job was finished had me inspect the work and I was on my way in a very short time, the Ridgeline was also washed before I left. I highly recommend Lou Sobh service dept. More
