Heather and the service department were outstanding. As soon as I pulled into the service area Heather met me and turned my paperwork over to a technician to have my running boards installed on my 2025 As soon as I pulled into the service area Heather met me and turned my paperwork over to a technician to have my running boards installed on my 2025 Ridgeline. Heather came and got me when the job was finished had me inspect the work and I was on my way in a very short time, the Ridgeline was also washed before I left. Heather was AMAZING! Her stellar customer service began when I called with several questions regarding how to approach using an extended warranty that we had purchased o Her stellar customer service began when I called with several questions regarding how to approach using an extended warranty that we had purchased on my son's Honda. She explained it to me quickly and let me know that Honda dealt with the insurance company frequently and they would do all of communication with them. What a relief! She kept us apprised on the car's status, the inspection, the needed repairs, the expected cost and the repair process the entire time. She truly knows what customer service is. Thanks Heather! More

Great experience from top to bottom. Heather even remembered me the next day when I came back to parts department to pick up items I ordered while having my car serviced. She approached me to make sure I did not have issues with my service from the day before. This was my first visit to Lou Sobh since purchasing my used Honda. Everyone from the service manager , David Wikle , to the entire staff was very accommodating to myself and my dog. They even got water and treats for my pup. Great staff, great experience! More

After being turned down for a recall that wasn't scheduled at another dealership, I called and Heather asked how she could help. She asked about what recall said no parts required come in. When I re scheduled at another dealership, I called and Heather asked how she could help. She asked about what recall said no parts required come in.
