Henry F. Aldrete Jr was born and raised in Erie, PA until he was about 10 years old. His mother, Vonnie moved their family of 4 to Phoenix, AZ where he finished High School. Henry graduated from Dobson High School and almost immediately started his professional career in a call center before finishing his call center career managing for one of the top call centers in the United States. After 8 years in the call center business Henry decided to challenge himself by entering into the car business. He started off working for a Nissan Dealership in Tempe, Arizona. After a few years he decided at 28 years old to move to his hometown Erie, PA where he began working at Bianchi Honda. He has always had passion and love for Honda. He is committed to making his customers comfortable with the buying experience and takes pride in loyalty to his customers. He will work hard to provide excellent deals with excellent customer service before and after the sale!

Upon arrival Joe Denning greeted us and asked if he could help. He was very helpful and brought a CRV-EX-L for us to drive. We asked if he could take us to a rough road and he complied. Upon returning to the dealership he was very helpful in arranging our purchase agreement. Brandon was excellent also while assisting withe paperwork. The whole experience was great. So far it has been a FANTASTIC experience with the 3 vehicles we bought from Bianchi Honda of Erie. Service department has been great as well the parts department. Cannot say enough about Henry Aldrete vehicles we bought from Bianchi Honda of Erie. Service department has been great as well the parts department. Cannot say enough about Henry Aldrete and Mike Clement, no way fit the mold of your typical car salesmen. They make you feel at ease and take the pressure out of buying a car. On top of that Mike is a real "HOOT" in a good way. Fun to talk to. Last person we dealt with was Dylan Reynolds. Dylan worked hard at getting the best deal for us since we missed out on a purchase on a vehicle we planned on buying. In the end got us a much better vehicle. Last but not least, is John Northrop of the finance department. This the part that can be the most stressful in the purchase of a vehicle. Once again not your what I call your typical stuff shirt financial man. Very down to earth and actually looks out for what is best for the customer. All three times got us great financing, FANTASTIC interest rates on the third purchase. Spends plenty of time explaining everything from the purchase to extended warranty coverage. John is a real down to earth guy compared to other finance people I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. Some of those I dealt with in other dealerships, I call "shisters". Found out after purchase could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. Prior to going to Bianchi, I heard some bad mouthing about them. Cannot understand why? Tony DeBacco More
