My buying experience at Northside Lexus was fantastic every step of the way. He treated me like a long time friend and quickly earned my trust. Since Tyler works in pre-owned vehicles, he connected me with John Breaux to look at new cars. John is incredibly polite and kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. He took time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for in a car. He suggested a few models/trims that would meet my needs and explained the attributes of each car. He was never pushy but instead asked questions as we looked at/drove different vehicles, which allowed me to figure out the best car for me. Since purchasing my car, I've contacted John a few times with questions about different features of my car. He seemingly knows everything about my car and answers my questions, always telling me I can reach out again any time. I returned to Northside for a technical training on my car and worked with Herb. He is the most patient teacher I've ever had. I appreciate that Northside Lexus provides this training, and my experience with Herb was excellent. Herb also told me I could reach out with questions any time. Northside Lexus, John, Tyler, and Herb have definitely earned my long-term business! More

Working with Mike Driskill is always a pleasure. He is efficient and understands what I will accept and what I will not. While the manager was not willing to deal on my trade in, Mike went out of h He is efficient and understands what I will accept and what I will not. While the manager was not willing to deal on my trade in, Mike went out of his way to structure a deal that gave me the additional value for my trade-in (2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 TRD). I was ready to not buy the new LX600 unless I could sell my car, rather than trade-in, for the value it was worth. Had it not been for Mike, this deal would not have been done. I have purchased 6 new cars from him over the last three decades and I have one on order for my wife. Lexus management is getting full price for all new cars (more demand than supply, which is understandable), but when they try to also make more money on my trade, it is untenable in my opinion. Thank goodness for Mike. Lexus should be thankful as well. With respect to this dealership, I have worked with them for years and they are outstanding on service. Highly recommend them. More
