The sales personnel was very friendly, however, I feel that the car sold to us was not inspected properly. It was sold with a mice nest and chewed up engine wiring. Car stopped working 3 days after the pu that the car sold to us was not inspected properly. It was sold with a mice nest and chewed up engine wiring. Car stopped working 3 days after the purchase. I was grateful that dealership acknowledged their mistake and took the car for a quick fix up (however, initially, they tried to blame this issue on me and charge $4.5K for repairs). Now, I expect the car to cause more and more issues and was very disappointed that the dealership did not even give us 30 days warranty. Overall, my experience was very stressful and I will never go back. More

When a friend of mine drove my new Hyundai Kona EV, he decided to also purchase one. I immediately called Matthew Reed and although he was out of the dealership that day, he connected me with Holly Jensen. Once again, she was great! She, like Matthew was so easy to work with. I never thought my daughter would be a sales rep! But I have to say, she knows her cars. I have told her that someday I would buy a new car, but it would have to be just what I wanted. That day fina But I have to say, she knows her cars. I have told her that someday I would buy a new car, but it would have to be just what I wanted. That day finally came and I’m glad I waited and got the redesigned 2023 Tucson. Holly found the car I wanted in the color I wanted and had it picked up and delivered by Jake to the Lithia Lot in Reno. Holly spent time showing me all the bells and whistles and what happened when I would push a certain button on the dash. She was very thorough and I appreciate that. I felt no pressure at any time throughout the buying process, another thing I appreciate. It would be easy to be biased, as she is my daughter, but I kept comparing her to other sales reps I have bought from through the years and she was just stellar! Charged me $5000. 00 over original MSRP. Hid the original price from me. Would not work with me on price at all. One of the sales managers lied to me about adding acce 00 over original MSRP. Hid the original price from me. Would not work with me on price at all. One of the sales managers lied to me about adding accessories. The finance guy was a jerk. Wouldn’t stop trying to talk me into extended warranty. Tried to make me feel stupid for not accepting it. I would never buy from them again. More
