Always gave me time to think and not rush the process, even to go as far as getting me snacks and water. She was a very responsive salesperson too, even now after buying the car. I always text her questions about my new car I got and within minutes she replies without hesitation and always has an answer. People like holly are an embodiment of how lithia Hyundai are and what they strive to be with their customer service. More

They both took so much time with us, answering questions and giving us ample time to test drive the car, and process information about the car we were interested in purchasing. Steve was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional when we were discussing financing. Bryan was professional, efficient, and friendly while we were signing documents, and made that process a breeze. Everyone went above and beyond and we could not be happier with our service. Basically my daughter has had bad service. Since we bought the car it started out having to be in the shop due to a faulty windshield wiper motor. A couple weeks after we got that back we noti Since we bought the car it started out having to be in the shop due to a faulty windshield wiper motor. A couple weeks after we got that back we noticed problems with the transmission after driving it for more than 15 minute increments. We’re brought it in to get it checked since we still had a 60 day warranty. They checked the car and the warranty covered the transmission. It was ordered but it took a long time to get in. We had to call to get any information or go into the service shop. We only got a call saying they ordered the part but was not notified that they received it until we went in. My daughter asked how long it would take and Ryan said it normally takes a day for them to put it in. My daughter took it as that it would be done after a day. When it was 2-3 days after she went back in to find out what was going on. He said they hadn’t even started on it. And that there were a lot of other cars in front of it. This is after we have been without a car for almost an entire month. And we just bought it! This makes me think they are delaying it so we lose the 60 day warranty so we can’t bring it back in on the warranty if something else is wrong with it. I’m thinking of just returning it as a lemon and making them buy it back. This is very frustrating. More
