Ryan is cool, unfortunately the sales manager put me underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why underf heavy pressure, dispite saying no to the deal several times. Every time I said no with a reason for not buying, he came back with a reason why I couldn't pass on the deal. I thought the sales manager was looking out for my best interest but once I reread my paperwork I feel the opposite. I am happier with my Kona than I was with the Ioniq5, but I don't like the extra expense to get here. I'm not candy coating anything I feel, you asked now I'm giving you my feelings. Dealerships can't ask for "10's" across the board when they only give 5's. If I receive another review request it's going to be scathing. More

Holly was super pleasant and personable and above all very easy to work with. We feel quite fortunate to have walked in when we did and to have had the pleasure to have her helping us. We showed up knowing what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay for it and she gave us very streamlined and efficient assistance with our purchase. No high-pressure redirection or overbearing sales tactics. (Those were all saved for the finance guy, who was also very nice, albeit disappointed that we weren't biting on his pitch for the extended warranty for another 20% over the purchase price.) Steve the manager was also accommodating and overall we left feeling really good about our experience and our new vehicle. Would highly recommend working with these people. Call ahead and ask for Holly for a truly enjoyable and human interaction! More

They act like it’s a problem to help after I paid my Warranty & Car which was a lot!! They should be nice, at-least they have a job! No one wants to go somewhere and feel that way.
