Hey, I'm Ian and I'm a Product Genius at BMW of Westlake. I really enjoy connecting with customers and making the delivery process of their new cars fun and exciting. I am an alumni of the Cleveland Institute of Art and I love to work out and watch/collect movies in my down time. My favorite superhero is Wolverine and my favorite movie franchise is Lord of the Rings.

I had the opportunity to work with John Caruso in finding my next car. I never felt like John was a salesman or trying to sell me something. He listened to what my needs were, what I was interested in gettin my next car. I never felt like John was a salesman or trying to sell me something. He listened to what my needs were, what I was interested in getting and helped me make it happen. Even in trying times where there wasn't a ton of inventory he found a way to get me into the vehicle I wanted without having to wait months. This is now my 2nd car from BMW of Westlake and I hope to be a customer for a long time. They are so helpful from the sale to the service and I am thankful for their entire team. I would absolutely recommend getting your next car from John and his team. More

The dealership went above and beyond to make my first BMW experience great! Professional, friendly, great service, excellent communication, and SUPER knowledgeable. I went to the dealership closer to their experience great! Professional, friendly, great service, excellent communication, and SUPER knowledgeable. I went to the dealership closer to their close time and Nez made the time for me - was very patient answering my million and one questions and had an answer to everything - super knowledgeable. In addition, Nez had everything ready to go when I got there the next day to pick up my car. Mike was amazing in explaining the finance process to me and really broke down and made everything easy to understand. Finally, Ian was wonderful explaining how the X3 works! The service was wonderful - thank you all for my amazing BMW! More

This is the second new BMW I have bought from BMW of Westlake. (M550i & X5-M50i) These are unusual times (Covid-19 pandemic and worldwide chip shortages) to be buying a new SUV, but Nez made it easy a Westlake.
