M's Demi (Sales Rep) was Gracious and put me at ease and I think she recognized I was not an easy "Cookie' to deal with (lol) but she did her Job 5***** ++.. The General Manager was Great and the manager as well. The other employees there even though I did not have direct contact with them was pleasant upon approach, it seem like a Family atmosphere there. More

Well all I can say is this dealership is spot on. I loved every minute that I spent in the building. Here is my story: I had a scheduled service appointment for some recalls on my car. Well I also knew that there was some minor maintenance to my car. I got the courteous text after the work was completed that alerted me to the things that I needed to repair immediately. I knew this was true. Long story short I did not go there to buy a car. I went there to pick up my car that I had left there that morning. I had to have another car but was very unsure of the commitment. I had a great sales person name Anastasia whom I had met weeks prior at a store that we were at. We had a great conversation while we were buying gas. I found out that she worked at Antwerpen. I told her that I may stop by one day. I knew that if was to ever buy another car that I would buy it through her. I had never seen anyone represent their place of work so well she put them on the well deserved pedestal. So on that I day after finding out all that I did on my car. I found my way to Anastasia's desk and just sat down when she looked up she did not greet me with "How may I help you?" she greeted me with "Hey Wanda, you made it. I am so happy to see you" She remembered my name and what car I was driving from the day that we met at that gas station. I was very pleased then the process started. I had so much fun signing my life away :). Every person in that place was kind, courteous, funny, and a joy to work with. There was not one person who did not greet me in passing. They was very engaging with customers and it makes you feel like you are the only one there. The attention given to me was outstanding. I am glad that I stopped by there and I am especially glad that I met that chic named Anastasia, she is one bad manma-jamma. I have told everyone that I can about this dealership if you want to know what teamwork looks like just go check them out More

Service Dept: I arrived at the service dept about 20 mins earlier. I was asked by the outside attendant to leave my FOB in the car. I felt uncomfortable, I would normally give the Fob to the service age mins earlier. I was asked by the outside attendant to leave my FOB in the car. I had waited over 15 mins in front of Rick. No reply,greeting or eye contact!!("I did not exist") Finally, Daniel took my information. He stated, that the complimentary oil change / tire rotation waiting period will take 2 hours. I waited over 1 hour. I have decided to reschedule the complimentary service. Regards, More
