He did those little things that distinguished him from the pushy salesperson that many of us have experienced. The bottom-line is an informed customer can make better decisions when purchasing a vehicle. In keeping with the process, he called me the following day to ask if I had any questions about my purchase. As well, we setup an appointment to better familiarize me with using the myriad of the vehicle’s features. More
